Is it possible to change my date?
The field reservation window will be set for the six weeks on the schedule, but hopefully this will be a success and six week tournaments will be scheduled for weeknights in the future.
Cancellation policy.
Pretty flexible, but organizers would appreciate if you can find a replacement if you have to do a full cancellation.
How does the billing process work?
Fees will be collected using Venmo.
What is the process for managing subs?
Let Margaret know ASAP what dates you’ll be out and subs will be called in from the sub roster – or help out and send a sub in your place, just communicate that someone is coming and their contact info.
Can I receive a receipt for my order?
Not really. because, Venmo.
