35 people, 7 teams, 12 minute games, 5 minute breaks. Six teams play, one team sits.
No Player Requirements
5v5 Teams, 3 Fields
Co-Ed squad, Ladies on the field encouraged but not required. No dedicated goalies required: furthest back player in the box can use hands.
